7. Don't give me your pricing and then say it's negotiable. Makes me immediately think you're charging too much.
8. Stop trying to get me on a damn conf call. I emailed you for your PRICES.
9. Check out my company website before you call me back. Very, very annoying when I have to tell you what I do.
10. Understand that we know tech as well or better than you do.

I agree 100%. Another tip I might suggest is with the good information thread is do not lie. A lie may get you the sale but not the return business. Personally I would rather have a consistent commission than one sale but is just me.

Nice, quick, to the point memo. Response time is everything and, as an Agency Sales Manager, I realize that getting information within hours is critical.

Honestly, if more salespeople treated questions/inquiries/what have you as potential cash in their pocket, not to mention being an asset to that person who no doubt is waiting for others there would be a lot less grumbling and crybaby behavior that plagues so many sales pools.

That is a great comment Kim. Thanks for that. Does anybody else have any more training tips we could add?

Good job! Now if only any of these sales people would actually see this...

Can I add one more tip to increase sales?
6. Don't ask for a meeting/phone call/web conference before giving me your pricing. I understand the importance of advertising on your network - I make a living telling people the importance of advertising, you have nothing to convince me of.
